ages 7- 12 years old.  

 3 days a week for 6 weeks. 

  ​​This program is designed by professionals to help youths lay a strong foundation for their bodies.  It will teach them proper techniques and form while executing exercises.  Youths will develop in motor skills and confidence.  Along with improving sports performance, improve academic performance, increase flexibility and help lessen chances for injuries.
